Wholesale Account Executive (LA based/Hybrid)

As Account Executive, you will be assisting the Director of Sales and Merchandising in all areas of the business. You will be responsible for the specialty store business in your area as well as supporting the department store businesses. You will be required to develop strategies by account to drive topline sales, external & internal, and ensure profit for the brand. To be successful in this role you must be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Point of contact for existing and potential new independent stores within the territory
    • Creating, analyzing, and leading the weekly selling meetings to the internal team
    • Work closely and cross-functionally to drive company initiatives and meet sales targets
    • Responsible for market prep and recaps
    • Collaborate with customer service on entering orders, order adjustments as well as providing weekly shipping updates to accounts
    • Coordinate samples across retail and wholesale
    • Must be willing to travel to stores


    • 2+ years of experience in the active field (activewear/tennis/golf etc.)
    • Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven
    • Understanding of the tennis/activewear industry and its competitive environment
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability, willingness, and flexibility to travel - job requires weekly store visits, drivers license is a must and the ability to utilize a personal car for work-related travel is a plus
    • Ability to collaborate/develop/ maintain strong relationships and cross-functional efforts across all levels of the organization
    • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Exude and foster passion for the brand

    Permanent position

    5 days a week

    Hybrid in office and remote position with 1-2 days a week in office if needed in LA
