Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if your purchase doesn’t leave you looking and feeling like an EleVen - you have 30-days from fulfillment to return your items.
To request a Return Authorization please go to our Returns and Exchanges Center and follow the steps.
1) A return shipping label will be generated from our return system for your convenience. Please note that an $8 return service charge will be deducted from your refund amount.
2) Please allow up to 6 business days from package delivery for us to receive and process your return. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3) Once an eligible return has been processed for refund, we will notify you via email. Please note that it may take your financial institution additional time to post the refund to your account. We recommend that you contact them if you have questions regarding the timeline, since this information varies by company. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4) EleVen by Venus Williams is not responsible for return packages until they are marked as ‘Delivered’ by the carrier on the return tracking to our facilities. Please keep a record of your return package’s tracking number for the most up-to-date transit times.
Items returned without an approved Return Authorization can experience delays in processing.
Beauty purchases made online can be returned within 30 days of fulfillment date, back to the original method of payment. We accept returns on beauty items that have been unused or gently used.
Please note the following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit:
1) Items that are worn, washed, or without tags.
2) Items outside of the 30-day return period.
3) All Final Sale purchases are final - no returns, exchanges, or store credit. Please reference product description to view if item is final sale.
4) International orders are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
EleVen reserves the right to deny any items that do not comply with our return policy.
Exchanges are free for domestic US orders. If you would like to exchange an item, please view our Returns and Exchanges Center to get started. You will be guided through selecting your replacement item(s) as well as generating a return shipping label for the item(s) coming back to us. Any price differences between your return item and your exchange item will be calculated and processed accordingly. A new order with free standard shipping will be generated for your replacement item and you will receive tracking as soon as it ships.

We apologize but we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for international orders at this time. Please contact Customer Service with any questions about your order.
For returns of gifted items, we are happy to issue a store credit for the current selling price of any items being returned that comply with our return policy. Please contact Customer Service for assistance on gift returns.
We hope you love your K-Swiss x EleVen by Venus Williams product, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return shoe merchandize within 30 days of fulfillment. Shoes must be returned with original box and accessories.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Any EleVen merchandise purchased from kswiss.com must be returned to K-Swiss where it was originally purchased and is subject to the K-Swiss return policy.
