What is your certification in and how do you use it?
I'm a NASM-certified personal trainer and certified holistic health coach! This means that I'm able to provide my private clients with safe and effective workout programs and help them find better balance for a healthier lifestyle. You can catch me around New York City working out with individuals or teaching small group classes. I'm also excited to get my AFAA group fitness instructor certification later this year so that I can teach larger formats!
What do you love about being an EleVen Pro?
I love the fun styles and quality fabrics I get to wear! Because I'm always on the move, I want activewear that I can style and take from the gym to brunch. I feel like Eleven balances the varsity aesthetic I love with looks I can wear every day.
What pushes you to give 11 out of 10?
My family and community! I'm the first in my family to pursue a more non-traditional route with fitness, so their support means everything to me as I continue to do what I love. I want to make them proud and show others that it's okay and rewarding to chase what makes you happy and gives you purpose.
Any other inspiration or advice you would like to mention?
Always follow your heart. As cheesy as it may sound, if you can stay true to who you are, you'll be able to attract the right folks, opportunities, and experiences that will bring the most meaning and fulfillment into your life.

What is your certification in and how do you use it?
I have many certifications in Fitness, including NASM CPT, CFSC and G.E.A.R: Indoor Cycling. I also have a Master’s Degree in Education from NYU. I am an Eli Performer at Life Time and the first Global Resident Trainer in the USA for Technogym. Education is one of my values and constantly studying the ecosystem makes me a better trainer as well as performer in my job and passion.
What do you love about being an EleVen Pro?
I love what the brand stands for as well as the people. Venus inspires me daily. I speak about her (and Serena) in my cycling classes. An athlete's mentality drives me as I know that you have to be confident, coachable, and disciplined. I take cycling very seriously and use this type of mind-body coaching in my classes.
What pushes you to give 11 out of 10?
I believe that I have the ability to make someone else's life better. Not only by using kind words but by encouraging them to dig deep, stay strong, and believe in their best selves. I push every day to be my best.
Any other inspiration or advice you would like to mention?
If you can see it, if you can believe it - you can create it. You know yourself better than anyone else. If you want something the only thing standing in your way, is YOU.
