"EleVen by Venus" Fitness Journey is an exercise and nutrition series that follows 4 participants as they set and reach health and wellness goals. EleVen experts, including Venus Williams and fitness trainer Samantha Monus, provide tools, tips and guidance along the way. Core fitness philosophies include "Our 11 Principles", Fitness Foundation" and "Exercise Foundation". Exercises demonstrated will include cardio, legs, upper body, yoga, stretching and plyometrics.
