I am committed to working fitness into my busy day at work! I try to take the time to exercise by using the stairs, briskly walking, and remembering my core and posture throughout my day.  Sam, our trainer, mentioned that I could do some form of exercise on my breaks so I asked my coworker to take some photos.  I am learning to be more tech savvy and these shots will hopefully inspire you to remember you can do a little workout anywhere at anytime during your day.  Make the most of it! #LookGoodPlayWell #BeAnEleVen
