Venus's Top 5 Tips For a Healthy Body

Being physically healthy enables you to have better health overall, it can also help to reduce stress and anxiety, boost your self-esteem, protects your mental health and can lead to better relationships.

You only have one body and it does so much for you everyday that you just take for granted. We understand that you always have so much going on so wanted to share 5 top tips for a healthy body from someone who knows all too well about the importance of looking after yourself!

1. Love The Way You Move

Find a workout that you enjoy doing so that way you’ll keep doing it and look forward to doing it. It’s nice if you have people to workout with and train with too to help keep you motivated and accountable.

2. Eat To Fuel Your Body 

Venus always starts her day with supplements, some of her favorites are olive leaf extract (to help boost immunity and reduce inflammation) , oregano oil (powerful antioxidant), lysine (help the body absorb calcium) and vitamin C (help strengthen immune system).
