Vegan Apple Crisp

Look no further than  Tay from @nutritionwithtay favorite, healthy and easy to make air fried vegan Apple Crisp below;

For the Apple:
-2 apples, cored and chopped
-1 tsp. oil of choice
-1 tsp. maple syrup
-1 tsp. cinnamon

For the Topping:
-1/2 cup quick oats
-1 tsp. oil of choice
-1 tsp. maple syrup
-1 tsp. cinnamon
-1/4 tsp. ginger (optional)

Directions:
1. Add chopped apple to a small bowl with oil, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Toss to coat
2. Add apples to the air fryer at 400F for 6 minutes.
3. While apples are cooking, in the same bowl, add oats, remaining oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and ginger. Toss to coat.
4. Shake apples to rearrange in the air fryer. Add oat topping and cook everything together for another 6 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Add to a bowl and enjoy!
Top with vegan ice cream, vegan yogurt, or peanut butter - Makes 1-2 servings.
