Our Healthy New Year’s Resolutions


Happy New Year! We’re so excited to start a fresh new year and can’t wait for a great year ahead in 2018.


Will you be among the 60 percent of people who will make resolutions this year?

At EleVen, we are busy making our new year’s resolutions. Here are some of our resolutions, which can serve as inspiration for some healthy resolutions for the new year.


Take up a daily yoga practice:  Yoga has many health benefits including increased flexibility, maintaining a more balanced metabolism, and weight reduction. We’ll be committing to a daily practice year. We’ll be doing yoga in style in 2018 wearing these sleek grey Smooth Leggings.


Make time to meditate: Meditation can reduce stress, improve immune health and increase happiness, among other benefits. This year, we’re resolving to try 20 minutes of meditation per day.


Up our tennis game: Having Venus Williams in our office is a great inspiration! This year, we’ll be working on upping our tennis game. We’ll be wearing the Floral Brocade Flutter Skirt.


Eat more veggies: We’re always focused on healthy eating, and 2018 will be no exception. One of our favorite ways to get more veggies into our diets is by eating healthy green juices and smoothies. We’ll be aiming to have one green juice or smoothie per day in 2018.


Take time for ourselves:  Whether it is a daily bath, time to read, listen to music or just sip some tea, this year we plan to make sure we take time for ourselves each and every day.


Get outside each day: From increased vitamin D intake to reduced stress, getting outdoors each day is another great healthy new year's resolution.  To help support us in keeping this commitment, we’ll keep our Floral Brocade Tailored Tote stashed with our headphones, healthy snacks and everything else we need to get out the door quickly and easily each day.
