My Favorite Green Juice
It's summer, I'm practicing hard and I think many of you know how much I love green juice, and how important it is to my health and feeling good. You can usually find an article or recipe about green juice at any time on our website.
What's so great about green juice is the absorption of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients directly into your blood stream. Run your produce through a juicer, and the pulp is separated from the juice. You're making it easier for your body to reap the rewards of the juice when it doesn't have to digest the fiber.
This is my current favorite - so refereshing in the warm weather. Enjoy!
